4Ken is an Australian company that provides construction equipment for rent and for sale. 4Ken offers construction sites equipment such as scaffolding, safety shields, overhead protection, temporary access bridges, elevating bins, stair systems and more.

A few years ago, the company management decided to switch from product accounting on paper to a modern digital format and contacted us for development a product accounting system.

The main system modules are Clients, Jobs, Dockets, Invoices and Inventory.

The module Clients speaks for itself.

The module Jobs contains orders data: client name, site address, required equipment, payment terms, linked dockets and invoices.

The module Dockets stores order details in part of equipment: quantity, price, weight and dates of hire.

In the module Invoices the manager can generate invoices for clients in pdf format and send it by mail.

The inventory module contains data about current state of each equipment and the history of its use.
